Tiffany & Co’s new campaign includes power couple Beyonce & Jay-Z.
About Love was conceptualized closely with the Carters and Tiffany & Co. In the campaign imagery, Beyoncé embodies one of the company’s founding icons – Audrey Hepburn.
The singer poses with her husband alongside a newly developed Jean-Michel Basquiat Tiffany-blue painting, titled Equals Pi from 1982, from a private collection released from this campaign for the first time.
“Beyoncé and JAY-Z are the epitome of the modern love story. As a brand that has always stood for love, strength and self-expression, we could not think of a more iconic couple that better represents Tiffany’s values. We are honored to have the Carters as a part of the Tiffany family,” Tiffany’s chief business officer, André Arnault, said in a statement
Unlike previous campaigns, the new campaign includes the Tiffany Diamond. In the new imagery, Beyoncé models a gemstone discovered in the 19th century dating back to 128.52 carats.
Beyoncé will perform “Moon River,” the song made famous in 1961’s Breakfast at Tiffany’s, in a short film directed by Emmanuel Adjei as part of the Carters’ Tiffany & Co. campaign. Taking place at the Orum House in Los Angeles, the short will premiere on September 15.
This is an exciting, and modern collaboration! I am loving the concept, and the vision. What are your thoughts?
