JANUARY'S LOCAL FRONT

Portraits of 40 Black women leaders by Janice Reid, Leyla Jeyte, Jon Blak, and Patricia Ellah, four Toronto-based visual artists. Black Women in Leadership, curated by Sarah Edo and Belinda Uwase, honours and emphasizes the accomplishments of Black women leaders from many fields such as arts and culture, business, health and wellness, and activism. Through community participation and activism, these women have led and continue to inspire change in their communities, paving the way for the next generation of Black women leaders.
