Kim Kardashian and Bella Hadid are among the stars demanding an apology from the luxury fashion house. The brand deleted every picture from its Instagram, but left up its Story highlights, including its apology for the bad news bears.

Ads for Gigi Hadid's Balenciaga teddy bear ads were pulled amid backlash. The supermodel deleted an Instagram carousel that included pictures from her recent campaign. Fans praised her for scrapping the posts, and a rep for Hadid did not respond to requests for comment.

Kardashian's experience with Balenciaga will be featured on Thursday's episode of "The Kardashians". A source close to Kardashian said she was "upset and disturbed" by the brand's holiday campaign. The reality star has been asked to publicly speak out against the company. She is hopeful that they have learned from this incident and that it "never happens again".

"You cannot avoid it being that you have been such a big supporter of them," one fan said. Another begged her to address the controversy.

None of them has publicly addressed the BDSM-themed ads. Lala Kent, on the other hand, said she's "glad to not own one single piece of anything from the brand".

Photographer Gabriele Galimberti says he was not responsible for the photos that were pulled from Balenciaga's spring/summer 2015 campaign. "I am not in a position to comment, but I must stress that I was not entitled in whatsoever manner to neither choose the products, nor the models," he said.
