It is true! Elton John has purchased a Penthouse in Toronto, and who better to talk about it then myself?
His new two-storey, four bedroom condo and terraced home is located in the glamorous neighbourhood of King West! For those of you who don't know, KING Toronto is one of the most talked about condo projects, currently in the city. It is supposed to resemble the beautiful and mountainous units with live tress throughout the building - perfect for someone as contemporary and glamorous as Elton himself!
And, as the hit and most talked about part of the building complex are its modern, and out-of-this-world penthoosue suites!
Inspired by their setting atop the North, South, East and West Mountains, these penthouses are described as "floating sanctuaries, each overlooking a different part of Toronto," according to their website.
The penthouse has been dubbed one of the most expensive tea houses in the country and comes with its own private wine cellars, en suite tea rooms and custom libraries.
Final completion of KING Toronto is expected to end by fall 2023 with homes starting at $1.3 million. Built by Denmark's Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), the condo itself has two pools, a courtyard, steam room spaces, indoor gym and four separate lobbies. John has no plans for any future Toronto shows, but that does not mean he won't be spotted soon!
