A Miami penthouse, previously owned by NBA star Kevin Durant, is available for rent at $22,000 per month. Durant, a 14-time All-Star, bought the property in 2011 for $1.8 million and sold it in 2015 for $3.15 million, according to PropertyShark records.

The residence was designed by a renowned architect, who installed speakers and designed the movie theater himself, according to Marko Gojanovic of MR Luxury Group at ONE Sotheby's International Realty.  The 3,500-square-foot penthouse, located next to a theater, features an open-plan kitchen, multiple living areas, dining space, bar, floor-to-ceiling windows, a wraparound terrace, and panoramic views of the bay, ocean, and city skyline, last sold for $2.41 million in 2021.

The Miami penthouse offers a spacious layout perfect for entertaining guests, with a variety of amenities including saunas, steam rooms, pools, a fitness center, and a children's playroom. The building's layout seamlessly flows between spaces, attracting premium prices due to the demand for high-end luxury products in Miami.
