THE NEW EV'S COMING IN 2024

Is the future Penthouse Queen car an Electric Vehicle? 

 

Automakers continuously introduce electric vehicles, with new companies like Lucid, Canoo, and Rivian emerging. A list of concept and production electric vehicles is compiled.

Acura ZDX (Expected: Early 2024)

- Acura's ZDX, its first EV, will be available in early 2024. It uses General Motors' Ultium battery platform, providing up to 325 miles of range. The midsize crossover will come in two models: A-Spec and Type S.

Alfa Romeo Giulia EV (Expected: 2025)

- Alfa Romeo plans to replace the Giulia with an electric powertrain in 2025, replacing the Ferrari-derived V-6. The base version will have 350 horsepower, while the Veloce will reach 800. The top-of-the-line Giulia will have 1000 horsepower.

Apple Titan EV (Expected: 2026)

- Apple's rumored Titan car, a self-driving vehicle, is expected to arrive in 2026. Built around a powerful onboard computer, it will be capable of autonomous highway travel. Apple is still searching for an automotive partner and is expected to invest around $1 billion into Titan each year. Sony and Honda are also considering entering the automotive market.

Audi A6 e-tron (Expected: 2024)

- The Audi A6 e-tron is a concept car based on the scalable Premium Platform Electric (PPE) architecture, with two electric motors producing 469 horsepower. It will be sold alongside the gas-powered A6 and join the PPE-based Q6 e-tron crossover in Audi's lineup.

Five Bentley Models (Expected: 2025)

- Bentley plans to transition from 15-mpg land yachts to fully-electric models by 2030, replacing existing models in 2025 and introducing a new model by 2030.
