RESIDENCES BY ARMANI/CASA
Giorgio Armani founded his eponymous Italian fashion label in 1975, which became synonymous with red-carpet dressing. In 2000, Armani/Casa launched its successful homewear division, and in 2019 it entered the luxury real estate space with Residences by Armani/Casa in Miami's Sunny Isles Beach area. It has 308 residences with European-designed cabinetry, windows, and custom bathtubs and fixtures.
FENDI CHÂTEAU RESIDENCES
Fendi opened Fendi Château Residences in 2016 in Miami's Surfside neighborhood, featuring 58 residences with custom Fendi Casa cabinets and furnishings. It has 300 feet of private beachfront, an oasis-like pool and deck, intimate white glove services, a private cinema, library, concierge, spa, and restaurant.
BULGARI LIGHTHOUSE
The Bulgari Lighthouse is a residential tower in Dubai designed by Antonio Cittero and Patricia Viel, inspired by coral's organic shapes and curves. It will have 31 residences, including a three-level Sky Villa with nine bedrooms and a 13,000-square-foot terrace. Each residence has its own private elevator and penthouse-style layouts, and shared amenities such as private chef services, a dedicated concierge, a private pool, and Mediterranean gardens.
