One Delisle is their first project in Canada, and this is a first exclusive Penthouse Collection. The interior architecture celebrates the building’s unique geometry, each space framed with panoramic views of the city. The is oversized engineered oak hardwood, in plank or herringbone pattern throughout, and all closets are adorned with custom built-in shelving. No detail – of practicality or elegance – has been overlooked in the design of these residences. Notable features of the primary bedroom’s spa-inspired ensuite bathroom include heated flooring, freestanding soaking tubs, and showers that accommodate rainfall and handheld showerheads. With health and wellness top of mind to the design team, each primary bedroom’s ensuite shower is complemented with chromotherapy and steam functions. The custom vanities, designed for the Penthouse Collection by Studio Gang, include soft close drawers, natural stone tops with a monolithic styled edge, undermount sinks, and wall-mounted faucets. Full height wall tiles surround the calming space. The final result is practicality and zen.
